Booking & Cancelation Policies
Thank you for choosing Xanh Nail Spa! Before booking an appointment, please read our policies below.
By booking an appointment you will be confirming that you have read and fully understand the booking and cancellation policies. Please note, you can always find our most recent and current Policies on our booking site when you book your appointment.
BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT 24-HOURS IN ADVANCE
We currently take walk-ins but all appointments booked online must be booked at least 24-hours in advance. Online bookings must be confirmed by us; hence, booking 24-hours in advance will allow us time to review and confirm the best time and date for you. If you would like to schedule an appointment that is less than 24 hours from the time of booking, please call our store immediately at: (650) 325-0678 during store hours.
AFTER HOUR CHARGES
Our salon hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm Tuesday to Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm Saturday, and 11:00am to 6:00pm Sunday, Closed on Monday. We are happy to make accommodations for early or late evening appointments. If you have any questions, please call our store immediately at: (650) 325-0678.
WE ARE A DOG-FRIENDLY SALON!
We are a dog-friendly salon! If you are allergic to dogs, please let us know when you schedule your appointment so we can make accommodations for you.
PAYMENTS
Check Return Policy - All return checks are subject to a $25 charge.
Credit Card Policy - Minimum credit card charge is $20.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
For parties, groups, and special events a 50% deposit for the estimated services requested is required at the time of booking. Appointments are considered booked once payment information is received and processed. Please refer below for more information about Booking Special Events.
BOOKING SPECIAL EVENTS
Special events include group booking, parties, and other special events custom to your needs. Please understand, our salon is a small space, so if booking for a group or any event at the spa, it has to be a maximum of 5 people.
YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT
Your special events are very important to us, and it is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment only by going online or over the phone. Notice via text or voicemail is not accepted and will not be considered as a valid rescheduling of your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you may reschedule. However, less than a 24-hour notice will result in the charge of the full-service price.
LATE SHOWS
We utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that everyone’s nails are PERFECT!! If you and your party are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails. If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time. After you and your party are 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and you will be charged FULL PRICE and your deposit will be lost. If you and your party are going to be late, please let us know as early as possible by calling our store at: (650) 325-0678.
NO SHOWS
Any no shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.
MOBILE SERVICES

We provide mobile services for your convenience. Please email us at britramllc@gmail.com for further inquiries. Please note, We reserve the right to require greater service minimums and/or a travel fee/surcharge for service locations that are within our extended service area, but outside of our standard service area.
WAXING
Waxing clients are strongly advised to review and sign a Waxing Release Form prior to the service. Please wait 24 hours before sunbathing or using a tanning bed after waxing, as your skin may still be sensitive.
MEDICAL DISCLOSURE
For your safety and ours, we ask for enough disclosure be given at the time of booking your appointment regarding any medical issues and/or conditions you or the person you are booking on behalf of may have. This would include, but is not limited to, conditions such as diabetes, open wounds, fungus, any kind of infectious diseases, and excessively thickened toenails. If we arrive and are unable to provide services for any of these reasons, we reserve the right to refuse service and a refund will not be issued.
PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR
We always look to provide you with a professional English-speaking licensed manicurist. Our utensils are always sanitized to provide clients with a top-rate experience. As a company, we do not tolerate indecent exposure, sexual harassment, flirting, violence, and/or verbal abuse. If any of these take place, we have the right to refuse or stop service at any point, a refund will not be issued and criminal charges may be filed if and when applicable.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY/CLEAN INSTRUMENTS AND SUPPLIES
All services are completely optional and have been requested by the individual, agent of an individual or party host on behalf of his/her guests. Britram Nail and Skin Care LLC dba Xanh Nail Spa makes every effort to ensure that clients are not subjected to any bacterial/fungal infections by using new files, buffers and foot files on each person in addition to disinfecting all non-disposable tools in hospital-grade disinfectant between each client. We use the highest quality cosmetic grade products if the client is allergic to anything or may develop any kind of allergies during or after services are being rendered, Xanh Nail Spa is not liable. The Client releases Britram Nail and Skin Care LLC dba Xanh Nail Spa and our nail technicians of any and all liability as a direct or indirect result of services rendered. We use products like pure acetone, polish remover, rubbing alcohol, etc., which can damage your valuables. Hence clients are requested to cover their table, couch, sheets, flooring, etc. before they ask our nail technicians to set up for services. If any damage occurs during service, Britram Nail and Skin Care LLC, dba Xanh Nail Spa, nor our nail technicians, are not liable and are not responsible for any damage that may occur, and will not be liable or responsible to replace or pay for your damaged items.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the Site. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the Site.
